Which teaching exam should I take after B.Ed?
Start with CTET if you want central government schools like KVS and NVS, or your state TET (such as HTET) for state schools. With a postgraduate degree you can also attempt PGT recruitment exams like DSSB PGT and UP PGT.
Is CTET compulsory for KVS recruitment?
Yes. A valid CTET qualification is required for KVS teaching posts, including KVS PRT. Clear CTET first, then apply when the KVS recruitment cycle opens.
What is the difference between TET and SET exams?
TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) qualifies you to teach in schools up to class 8, while SET (State Eligibility Test) is for assistant professor posts in colleges and universities. MP SET and TS SET are state-level SET exams.
